Video : Could This Be The Galaxy S III?
The Galaxy S III is back in news again with less than two weeks left for launch. This time it’s a video showing the handset in action. The device was accessed by a Vietnamese blog named Tinhte. What’s interesting is that the blog seems to have made the video private, but some folks were smart enough to make a copy of the video and post it online. Before you skip ahead and watch the video, we want you to realize that this is not the final representation of the handset as we have been saying since the past few days, and the actual smartphone might differ.
The smartphone is believed to feature a 4.6 inch display with a resolution of 720×1184 pixels, a decent 1.4 GHz quad core processor is also said to be on board. Other specs include an 8MP camera sensor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of on board storage, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, a 2050 mAh batter and NFC capabilities. It is yet to be seen if this is the real deal, but it does seem pretty convincing to us.
It was reported before that the Galaxy S III could merely be a minor upgrade from the GS2, but that doesn’t seem to be the case here. Samsung has been very strict with the security of the handset which means that we will have to wait till the very end to know the exact details about the smartphone.
