It's great for work groups, study groups for note sharing and just finding useful information online.You can create collections of documents if you've got a lot of docs on similar subjects to keep them organized. The DocCash feature is pretty good too. I think its fair that they get 50% of the views because they are allowing you to host your docs on their high ranked website. Docstoc is pretty cool if you've got a lot of documents to share.
