Fake iPhone Nano Already Available in Thailand

Protective case for a small device that resembles iPhone has surfaced online, this leads to the speculation that a smaller iPhone nano might be under construction. While Macworld is still a month, tiny clones of iPhone have already hit the stores in Thailand.

Fake iPhone Nano

The above is the picture of fake iPhone nano being sold in Thailand. These fakes manufactured by shady Chinese manufactures, not only resemble the iPhone, but the branding “Apple” and iPhone” have also been ripped. The software which runs the phone looks a lot like the real iPhone with similar layout and icons, making it hard for a common man to distinguish when the device is switched off.

iPhone Nano as of now is still under speculation, but if at all a real iPhone nano arrives, it’ll have a hard time dealing with these clones.

Well it adds to the economy of the whole nation. as it is priced much lesser than the original good, the people who don't really need a brand name go for such products which are cheap and affordable.
  • I mean, realistically... it doesn't detect a genius to detect the fakes. They usually run slower, and are way more bug filled than the real deal. I bought a fake ipod nano off ebay for $30 and it was truly a piece of junk. The software was horrible and the memory was cloned and fake. Buyer beware, if you see a "great deal" on an iphone, it's probably bogus and won't work.
  • I guess these are actually the Original iPhone Nanos ...ha! They came out first. I hear they are really buggy, but they they used to make some great bootleg DVDs too! Quite creative thievery...lol.
  • It would be nice to have a regular technology check on what knock-offs of future products are available in the Thai market. They seem to be a bit of a hub for this kind of thing...

I can't imagine it would be an inside job Marketing. More like just someone second guessing what may be released.
