Fake iPhone Nano Already Available in Thailand

Protective case for a small device that resembles iPhone has surfaced online, this leads to the speculation that a smaller iPhone nano might be under construction. While Macworld is still a month, tiny clones of iPhone have already hit the stores in Thailand.

Fake iPhone Nano

The above is the picture of fake iPhone nano being sold in Thailand. These fakes manufactured by shady Chinese manufactures, not only resemble the iPhone, but the branding “Apple” and iPhone” have also been ripped. The software which runs the phone looks a lot like the real iPhone with similar layout and icons, making it hard for a common man to distinguish when the device is switched off.

iPhone Nano as of now is still under speculation, but if at all a real iPhone nano arrives, it’ll have a hard time dealing with these clones.

well it sure was on the cards. I but i guess fakes do have a role to play in bringing down the prices of the original goods.

It is a good analysis that the appearance of fakes indicates the imminent launch of the Nano.

I don’t condone piracy but it is incredible how some people can do such good replication. How can you actually tell the difference?

Hahahahahah! And a happy, peaceful and prosperous 2009 to all of you good people! It is quite insane that the rip-offs are out before the real thing has even been launched. iPhone Nano sounds good to me!

I don’t think these fake iPhones will affect real ones. All are aware of marketing of Steve and he will again make it a hit. Everyone knows the facts and faults with iPhone, but still it is a hit and even I myself have blogged comparing it with stone, still iPhones are rolling in market. Fakes will die soon.

This kind of manufacturers are the one who is pulling the economy down. Why the Chinese authority don’t take serious action towards this kind of culprits?

Happy New year to you all!!!

It’s amazing how a nano knock off is available before the launch of the real thing. It must be one of the members of the production team behind this. Lol!

I can’t imagine it would be an inside job Marketing. More like just someone second guessing what may be released.

It would be nice to have a regular technology check on what knock-offs of future products are available in the Thai market. They seem to be a bit of a hub for this kind of thing…

I guess these are actually the Original iPhone Nanos …ha! They came out first. I hear they are really buggy, but they they used to make some great bootleg DVDs too! Quite creative thievery…lol.

I mean, realistically… it doesn’t detect a genius to detect the fakes. They usually run slower, and are way more bug filled than the real deal. I bought a fake ipod nano off ebay for $30 and it was truly a piece of junk. The software was horrible and the memory was cloned and fake. Buyer beware, if you see a “great deal” on an iphone, it’s probably bogus and won’t work.

Well it adds to the economy of the whole nation. as it is priced much lesser than the original good, the people who don’t really need a brand name go for such products which are cheap and affordable.
