In a bank robbery, which sounds more like a Hollywood plot, a bank robber wearing a dust mask ripped off an armored truck and got away using unsuspecting decoys, which he employed on Craigslist. The robber walked up to an armored truck guard outside a Bank of America branch and sprayed pepper spray on the guard and ran away with bag full of money.
The robber setup dozens decoys nearby (which he recruited on Craigslist) to divert anybody who tried to follow his trail. The robber posted an ad for road maintenance project in Monroe, and offered a wage of $28.50 an hour. He instructed them to meet near the Bank of America, Monroe at 11 am on Tuesday wearing certain work clothing. Clever!

Haha that’s hilarious… Only that with today’s technology he’ll end up getting caught. im sure he left his digital fingerprints all over the internet. Just wait till they offer a reward for his capture and his hire’s start squawking lol

Now that’s one way to recruit help. Quite innovative of him.

LMAO! Now that’s extremely funny but very smart of the robber. Just keeping to a simple plan.

I am a little shocked, but at this point, I am not surprised that somebody did this through craigslist. That was pretty stupid as others have said that he did it online as he will probably be caught quickly. Also, I can’t believe people would do a bank robbery for 28 bucks an hour, must be pretty desperate.

Not really sure how this worked. Sounds ingenious but how did they fool the people trying to catch him?
You’re right Wii, it reminds me of oceans 12? where the get everyone to wear top hat and carry a briefcase.
Brilliant stuff.

Atleast they can track him down with the IP of the system using which he made classifieds on craigslist.
