Google has rolled out Movie Search in India. You can now search for movies and theaters near your city and get show timings and reviews for the nearby theaters.
Just go to Google Movies and type the name the film in the search box to get reviews, or just type "movies" to get your local movie listing. This incredibly useful feature was first introduced in US sometime back.
To know more about Google Movies, visit google.co.in/movies. Check out the help section to know more about movie search feature.

Well, that’s around for over a month now. I found out when I typed my city name by mistake in the movie search box and the amazed to see the result coming up which I was not expecting.

Good move from google. It would be cool if they go to all other countries too.

Hopefully not just in India, or it has been other places before. It sounds really good. I didn’t know about it before!

Yeah, google movie search is pretty sweet. Been using it since it was in beta (here in the US.)

This is a perfect move by the Google to benefit the Indian visitors. Hope it will concentrate on regional films only in the ensuing days…

Well done India. They would only do it if India was showing the results. Looking forward to seeing it here in South Africa.
