How many of us waste time browsing the web? I bet there are many. There is an extension for Firefox called TimeTracker, which does exactly as the name implies. It helps you keep track of how many productive hours you burn while surfing useless websites.
Rather than blindly counting the amount of time your browser window is open, it gives you several options to fine tune. For instance, you can exclude a list of all your work related sites. Moreover, it stops the counter when you stop browsing. So, you’ll be getting an accurate idea of how much time you spend on the web.
How much time do you spend on the web? Share with us through comments.

I don’t think this addon has variables large enough to calculate the amount of time I spend on the net.

If you are looking for alternative, you can also take a look at RescueTime. I use it to track what apps that I use and websites that I spend most of my time on.
