YouWereMe – What would you do if you were me?

YouWereMe.com is a free web service for those who ask "What would you do if you were me?". You can ask questions about your daily matters with other members and receive their point of view through a live chat interface. By specifying the profile a person (age, origin or gender… etc), you can find a person who might have a better point of view.

Users don’t need to be experts to participate. The concept is more like meeting a random stranger on the street and asking his opinions over your daily matters. It’s just about opinions and perspectives, so accuracy and knowledge doesn’t matter.

Unlike QnA sites like Yahoo! Answer or WikiAnswers, YouWereMe.com uses live chat interface instead of the traditional way of posting question. This makes it easier for you to frame addition questions, if necessary. But you can ask opinion with one person at a time. I consider this as a downside because I’ve been through a lot of situations where I wanted perspectives of masses. Maybe some sort of chatroom for opinions might help.

Pretty unique website but doesnt the chat sometimes get overboard or is there a possibility of an admin deleting them?
