VideoValue – Personalized Online Music Channel
VideoValue is an online music video channel which provides personalized playlist that suites your taste. VideoValue doesn’t force you to register before trying. You can straight away select your music videos and they will automatically build select other music videos which feature similar artists (quite similar to online radio stations like Pandora or Last.fm).
VideoValue will start making more accurate guesses as you continue using the site by adding more ratings and selecting different artists. In a nutshell, VideoValue will get smarter and smarter as you continue using it.
If you like online radio stations like Pandora, then you’ll certainly like VideoValue as well (it’s essentially the same, but for videos). You can search for your favorite videos and playable thumbnail helps you in making the decision whether to add the video to your feed or not.
The service is pretty remarkable, but it doesn’t work everywhere. They won’t let you embed your playlist elsewhere or provide RSS feed for your playlist. Perhaps, those are the only two harmless downsides. I won’t rate the video quality since I didn’t get to see any video due to my region, but I’ll assume it to be good. I’d like to see better layout. The current layout on VideoValue looks pretty low profile!
