@ Virendran : No, for the first transaction I mentioned I did not get the money. SBI Bank said no such transaction received yet and PayPal said we have successfully posted the amount to your a/c. But after several days struggle they (PayPal) are now doing something like Global Trace inquiry for which I had to fax my bank docs.
Actually earlier I had submitted my old number but due to core banking rules the a/c number changed and my that transaction got into trouble.. Bank officials said that even if you typed your old number we could get intimation of such transaction.. But now the question is where did my money go?
I am hoping for the best to happen after Global Trace inquiry. Atleast I hope I will get to know exactly what happened.
But in second instance of my bank transaction with new a/c number.. The money arrived in just 2 days..

Hey Friends,
After a months struggle and global trace inquiry for my paypal money, I got it back in my paypal a/c.
They charged me Rs.250/- plus my reversed amount when converted to USD made me lose nearly $28.. As we receive exchg. rate as
1USD = 38.08INR
But on reversal their exchg rate was surpircing
1 INR = USD 0.024849
Take for example,
If the withdrawal amount is $400 with above exchg rate,
$400 = INR 15232
and after reversal
INR 15232 - INR 250 = INR 14982
When converting they use 1 INR = USD 0.024849
So, actual reversed becomes $ 372.29
It’s the real tragedy of Currency conversions..
Anyways, I am happy to receive my “mehenataki kamai” back.

LOL.
Paypal is pure FRAUD !
It is just show off they dont cut fees, transfer moeny to bank etc.
Actually for 99% indians, PAYPAL is a CURSE !
Varify all the net, count how many indians getting money without loosing anything.
Their reversal process is very clever to CUT your Hard Earned Money.
The conclusion is TRY not to go with paypal.
