Windows Live Photo Gallery will give pretty stiff competition to Picasa, I think. Its organizational features, in particular, are arguably a lot better. It seems to me to be a lot faster, when you have lots of photos. The panorama feature is very cool. And it will be closely married to Windows Movie Maker in the next version of that tool, so you can make movies of your photos with narration, effects, sound track, etc.

The comparison of WLPG and Picasa is interesting enough that I wrote a series of screencasts on them, basically taking you through all the major features of both programs. The introduction is here:

Lol. Yeah. I’m going to write a lot more tutorials on my blog. But, time is the greatest problem for me currently. Since entrance exams are nearing, I’ve a lot of revisions and studies to do.

Sreejith: Honestly, Windows Users are fairly high compared to Linux. This is the sole reason why I’m focused more on Windows. You can pick-up Linux and write on your blog, can’t you?

Why do you always blog at Windows stuff ? . Wish you blogged more about linux stuff. These stuff are useless for me and my friends (I recommended more than 15 friends to read this blog) and we all love our tux .
