If you are someone who likes overhauling your Windows XP box to make it feel more like Vista with the help of themes, and other shell enhancements, then you should certainly check out Shock Aero. It’s a free utility which adds a Vista-like Flip-3D to Windows XP, 2000 or 2003.

Shock Aero assigns the same hotkey, as the original Flip-3D in Vista (Windows Key + Tab). You can use it as Alt-Tab, or use the scroll wheel on your mouse to flip between open windows. The application also adds itself to the system tray, and you can left click on it to activate Flip-3D.
Shock Aero is not much configurable, but the system tray icon does provide an option to choose between Vista Aero and Mac-like grid interface. The application weighs over 468 KB, and uses approximately about 15 Megs of memory.
Portable version is also available, if you want to try Shock Aero without installing it.
