ok as ppl have said before, even the word proxy is blocked from the search and anythingt o do with proxy sites has ben completely blocked…any suggestions on a site to access that is a proxy site then i can use the whole add to search bar trick?? this is killing meee

Thanks for the tip, but like Shaz said, of course proxy.org will already be blocked “everywhere”.
It is here.
A list like that is a very handy resource for people scanning for other proxies as well, like LP said.

The only/best way to bypass a properly set up and maintained proxy is by doing it yourself.
Make your own proxy software, or find it somewhere, put it behind a (sub)domain that isn’t banned yet, and password protect it so nobody else uses it and gets it banned.
