Microsoft’s online storage solution has been renamed from Windows Live Folders to Windows Live SkyDrive. With a fresh new look and feel, SkyDrive provides upto 500 MB of online storage and allows you to conveniently upload your files using the drag and drop interface.
Other notable features include thumbnail images for your image files and the ability to embed your files into any web page or blog post. In short words, SkyDrive is like having your personal hard disk on the internet or the cloud. You’ll need a Windows Live ID to access your SkyDrive folders.

I’m not quite convinced with 500 MB of storage space. Anything less than 2 GB is unthinkable for me. What do you feel about SkyDrive? Tell me through comments.
