that usually depends on your usage. Orkut is another good example of a social networking site which has been used not only for personal but also for business networking like linked in. sure social stream gonna rock
I think they (the big company) have run out of idea and keep making new boring social site. Why they not invent something else, like Web 3.0 for example?
Well, I don’t know. Social sites tend to target different groups (age, niche, location). Although it may seem we have too many, in reality we have only covered a little more than half the world. Just b/c we already have one doesn’t mean others from other countries, niches, age groups wouldn’t like to have their own. I believe the online social era has only begun; the bulk of social sites yet to come.
