Firefox Universal Uploader: All-in-One Upload Utility

Who doesn’t love to sharing thesedays? With great sites like Flickr, YouTube, Facebook, Picasa Web Albums or Box.net, sharing has never been a problem. Of course, uploading items to these services can be painfully irritating at times.

I just read about a great Firefox addon called Firefox Universal Uploader on Amit’s blog. It not only helps you upload your items to these services using a common interface, but also lets you download videos pictures and other files as well. Uploading your files, pictures and videos is as simple as dragging and dropping your items to the Fire Uploader window.

Previously, uploading videos to YouTube was one of the most unproductive things I could do on my slow (256k) broadband. Fire Uploader is certainly a painkiller for me!

Hey, thats great. I always slack away from posting my pics to flickr or upload some file for my friends to download. It was just to time-consuming. Kudos, to whoever built this plugin and I’m glad I use Firefox :)
