Tweaking Windows Vista can be quite a chore, especially if you are not comfortable with editing the Windows Registry. Fortunately, a freeware called Vispa lets you tweak your windows installation and improve performance almost effortlessly.
Almost all of the tweaks available in Vispa can also be applied manually, without the application, but it’ll be a bit more complicated because you’ll have to manually edit Windows Registry. In Vispa, you just have to click on the appropriate checkbox to apply that tweak.
For example, you can improve the performance by enable classic theme and start menu, or enable fast shutdown, or disable diskspace warnings.
Download Vispa from Google Code

I got free upgrade to 2GB RAM when I purchased my HP Pavilion DV6137 Notebook, it came with Vista pre-installed, so I had no option to switch back.
Though, I’m having 2GB of RAM, Vista is still sucky!

Well, Vista still has perfromance issues that right.
I prefer TweakVI as my Vista tweaker, but i will certainly give this new utility a go.
