Technology Updates: Yeah, but Yahoo is no way competing with Meebo, nor is Meebo competing with Yahoo. Meebo is a multi protocol messenger whereas Yahoo just supports their chat protocol.

Even my account doesn’t have any IM features I use Yahoo! Mail BETA.
I hope I’ll get one soon in my account.

Yahoo Mail Beta in my account has the IM features enabled and I must say Yahoo! has done a better job than Google in integrating mail with chat.
