Google Talk Translator Hints Group Chat and AIM Integration

People have been talking about Google Talk and AIM integration since ages, but finally it seems like it’s shaping up. Thanks to one of the translators working with Google who revealed some phrases which he came across while translating for Google Talk:

Phrase in English: Your friendsBREAKare bored
Translation Help: First part of in-roster promo for Gmail. Not Linked.
Inference: Maybe a way to buzz your friends, just like Yahoo. Or maybe some sort of ad which shows up when your friends aren’t talking.

Phrase in English: View as Slideshow
Translation Help: Sorry, no help available for this message.
Inference: Google maybe integrating their presentation service with Google Talk

Phrase in English: NAME has joined
Translation Help: System messages when user joined or left a muc conversation.
Inference: muc might be an abbreviation for Multi user chat. Group chat might be on its way.

Phrase in English: NAME will be removed from your AIM buddy list.
Translation Help: Sorry, no help available for this message.
Inference: Google and AIM might be integrated pretty soon, just like what Yahoo and MSN recent did.
