Indeed Thunderbird is one of the best email clients at this point of time. However, as you said that you wanted a calendar…well, i believe that they’ve got sunbird (http://www.mozilla.org/projects/calendar/sunbird/) for that and you can always look at seamonkey (http://www.mozilla.org/projects/seamonkey/) as well.

this is great because the other thunderbird really didnt have that many features.
