I’m a great fan of Thunderbird. Besides reading mails, it can also read RSS, but the process it too confusion. I was expecting a full fledge calendar and tabbed message navigation in Thunderbird 2. Just in case you’ve missed Ryan’s great Thunderbird 2 Review, check it out.

  1. this is great because the other thunderbird really didnt have that many features.

  2. Indeed Thunderbird is one of the best email clients at this point of time. However, as you said that you wanted a calendar…well, i believe that they’ve got sunbird (http://www.mozilla.org/projects/calendar/sunbird/) for that and you can always look at seamonkey (http://www.mozilla.org/projects/seamonkey/) as well.

  3. ReviewSaurus: I use Lightning Extension which powers a calendar within my Thunderbird.
