I’ve used Creature Tank for a bit, It’s an online tool. It took me a couple of trys to figure it out but it’s pretty slick. You can customize the design of it. Draw back is that you have to track down your feeds.

carla i also use itsmynews and i really like it. They just added a new feature, it called the site of the day. Everyday they pick a different interesting site and have it on there home page. Overall i really see this site becoming one of the top RSS readers very soon, and i think everyone should give them a try.

I really like the web based RSS aggregator :

What I like about it : you don’t need to know anything about RSS technology. They seem to have a big database of feeds from which you can choose. They claim 50,000 sources. Simple. Clean and clear.

I also like the fact that you can email the feeds to your friends, comment on articles and rate today’s stories. They have functionalities that I have never seen in a RSS aggregator.

I’ve been using IE 7 and it’s been ok, but I’m starting to get overwhelmed by the number of feeds that I have! I can’t keep up with that many…thinking of moving on to something where I can filter the feeds without having to browse everything.

It’s web-based feed readers for me. I use Google Reader, which is excellent at handling a large number of feeds, as well as enabling the user to read very quickly. With Google Reader’s keyboard shortcuts, my hands never need to leave the keyboard, which is a great feature. Actually, I’d say that kind of functionality should be norm for all feed readers.

@ knight17 : Feedburner is a service which helps in you in tracking your feed count and various other things. But over here I was discussing the Feed aggregators which can subscribe to feedburner or any other feed.

@ Everyday Weekender : Try other services apart from the Firefox’s inbuilt feature. Google reader is my choice and I’m sure you’ll love it too.

@ Ajay : As I said in the post itself that Feeddemon actually rules the list of these kind of softwares…You are using one real good software

@ Srikanth LOGIC : You are my buddy!!!!! It is actually one cool piece of service and the best according to me

Google reader rocks!! Though i would like it to have a feature like bloglines to display list of feeds we read on our blog.

I use greasemonkey script to embed reader into my gmail, more faster way to read them as i dont want to open reader in a seperate tab.

I’ve been religiously using FeedDemon ever since I purchased it in December. It’s features are awesome and I love the fact that it syncs perfectly with Newsgators online interface.

Feedburner is the BEST IMO, People who use web based readers are losing so much..
