Renaming Start Button is nothing new. We’ve been doing it since ages, but few of us don’t like playing with the registry editor or explorer.exe. For our non-adventurous friends, there is a simple utility called StartBtn Renamer which skips the messy job of editing the registry and explorer.exe inorder to rename the start button text.
Download the utility, choose a new label and hit ‘Rename it’. You’ll hear a cool sound and the start text has been changed.

Note: If you courageous enough to play with registry and explorer.exe, checkout the alternative tutorial

Didn’t know this utility - tried it and works great.
In general i would avoid any registry manual modification, except if it’s absolutely needed, and , as the tutorial you appended states - make sure to backup the registry (by using the export function in regedit32) before manually changing anything
