Jimmy is exactly that: very real, approachable, and social. It is going to be quite interesting to follow both Wikia and Wikia Search in the coming months/years.
Based on the success of Wikipedia, and the escalation/ growth of Wikia thus far - it has a real chance of disrupting (even on a small scale) the world of search.
