Interactive Podcast with Jimmy Wales

You need not worry, if you couldn’t make it to WikiCamp. You could still have a talk with Jimmy Wales in real person, thanks to Waxxi’s interactive podcast which enables you to talk with the guest as and when it happens (on-the-fly). The session starts on Thursday, April 5, 2007 from 1:30PM-2:30PM EST. You need to be registered inorder to participate. The participation is reserved to only few hundred members, so make it quick.

The focus of the interactive podcast with Jimbo would be Wikipedia, and his for-profit ‘Wikia’ as well as their upcoming human powered, transparent search engine. Jimmy Wales being named as one of the Top 25 Web Celebrities for 2007 is extremely social and soft spoken guy. It’s fun to talk to him in real person.
