Actually, What I meant to say was.. Google Toolbar sometimes causes such error, because I see no such issues here. The font appears in Black and the background area is white.

Maybe a screenshot would help me better understand your situation.

Everton: Do you use any addon which highlights textareas ?? One such extension is Google Toolbar. My Text Area font color is black.

Wouldn't it be better to fix your site design so that users don't have to install extensions? Plus, I bet 50% of your readers use IE

What browser do you guys use?

Thilak - I find it really hard to use your comments section - there's not enough of a contrast between the colours for my monitor

Suresh: Mouse Gesture is nice plugin, I guess it was built for FF first and then get incorporated into Opera.

Ramanathan: I agree, FF was working poorly in my old P3, it work fairly in my new AMD X2 desktop, It was like a charm on my new HP Pavillion DV6137TX... I guess Firefox is resource hungry. If you feed it with RAM it stays happy.

To answer Jocob’s query, there is an extension called
All-in-One Gestures by Marc Boullet. You can find it at https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/12/ .

[...] Tech-buzz.net have just shared details of a new torrent extension for Firefox caled FoxTorrent, that has been leaked by Redswoosh. FoxTorrent does all the usual things we have come to expect from a torrent service. However it has one feauture that I think many people will find useful. It can play streamable media (e.g. .WMV, .MOV, .MP3) files as your torrent downloads and can download torrents at a greater speed by using BitTorrent and Redswoosh at the same time.
I strongly agree with both of you, but there are quite a few who like to see everything inside Firefox. Maybe they should include Generic support to torrents in FF3, just like Opera.

Well, Jacob is absolutely right!!
FireFox alone is a memory pig!
Adding this heavy plugin will kill the PC performance.

Hi Thilak,

While comparing Opera with Firefox, another cool feature firefox lacks is the "Mouse gestures".
In Opera I found this feature pretty useful...especially the gesture for 'back button'.....
I was wondering whether there is any ffx xtn which captures mouse gestures.

About the idea of BT client embedding in a browser....hmmm... No offense meant but, I can't imagine why such a feature is needed for a browser.
Consider this case.. while dwnloading something using the embedded BT Client, we wont be able to close the browser (I assume) even if we are done with browsing...
so ultimately we will be running a BT client(the addon) & the browser unnecessarily....
May be I'm saying this is because, I'm so used to gud old utorrent :)
