Yahoo plans to celebrate the festival of colors by offering free Phone Out calls to India using Yahoo Messenger. You can make as many PC-Phone calls between Mar 3rd 10:30am IST to Mar 4th 10:29pm IST. Apart from free calls, they are also offering discounted rates of 4.9¢/min calls through-out the week of Holi. After Holi, the call rates would be dropped to 7.9¢/min from the existing 99¢/min calls.
Now, it’s time for the fine prints: The free promotional offer is available to existing Phone out customers only. Additional fees and taxes may apply. To avail the freebie, you’ll have to buy a prepaid credit worth 10$ (that’s the least). 10$ for 24 hours worth of talking time isn’t a bad deal.
