Wii Gets Videos, Courtesy – StumbleUpon

The 5 year old social website recommendation and discovery service – StumbleUpon is now aiming to lure Wii users into the service by redesigning StumbleVideos to make it compatible with Wii’s integrated Opera Browser. Lots of improvements have been made to simplify navigation using the consoles controller. Wii users can change channels, watch videos and give up or down marks through the console.

Along with this, StumbleUpon has also upgraded its toolbar to fully integrate with StumbleVideos. Founders of SU have also hinted to folks from CNET that they would soon bring videos on other wireless devices like AppleTV. Lucky Wii users, I’m still waiting to get one!

  • Ashish: Thanks for pointing this out, It seems like there is something wrong with the plugin. Lately, I have been facing similar problems from John Chow as well.
