The way one chooses password, does make a difference. Of course, it is dumb to choose birthdays and pet names as passwords, but you can still go for memorable passwords by using personal password policies.Use a theme, and use related phrases - not single words but two or more words - and then according to your policy corrupt some letters in a standard manner.I will be changing the theme frequently, but the remaining policy will be same, and that is how I remember the long and complicated passwords I have for tonnes of different websites.
