Google is well know for keeping things hidden. Eval.google.com is yet another addition to the long list of hidden domains from Google. Some say the this website is Google’s Secret Evaluation Lab. They say, students and part time employees were recruited from all over the world to avoid spam results and keep good results at the top.
Some webmasters have also reported that they have noticed referrals from https://www.google.com/evaluation/search/rating/task-edit?task=XXXXXX. When I tried to follow the link, I got this message:

Very interesting - the flash movie definitely exposes some interesting stuff, but it is good to keep results good and spamfree.
