Add to Google Reader, Bloglines, Netvibes

Folks inside Netvibes must be working overtime, They’ve been releasing new features quite frequently and kept writing about it on their blog.

New Features:

They’ve added Hotmail / AOL module just like the one for GTalk, so this makes Hotmail/AOL lovers easier to track their mails through Netvibes. Video Search now includes MySpace videos and a new Podcast Search module has been introduced, it crawls into iTunes, Odeo, Pluggd and Podemus to search for podcasts. Searching Netvibes was a bit hard earlier, but the new Searching / Search Filtering Feature makes much more easier.

I’ve been a Netvibes fan ever since it was born, but these days I mange all my feeds through FeedDemon. My Feedburner stats say that most of the readers of this blog read through Netvibes.

  1. I think this is a rising trend. All these services have open APIs allowing them to cross communicate of some sort. Google’s web widgets can be used as part of any html page. I think these are called mashups or something and it’s looking good.
