Text Link Ads (TLA), the company which sells Text Link and RSS Feed Ads (Feedvertising) on a monthly flat rate basis has been acquired by New York’s MediaWhiz.
Patrick Gavin, president of TLA says: This is an exciting time for our team and our clients. We have found a great partner that will be able to help our publishers and advertisers profitably drive more traffic to their web sites. We are looking forward to delivering more great products and even better service in the months ahead as a result of this partnership
Under the hands of MediaWhiz, TLA promises webmasters to offer new ways to monetize your website, which includes CPA and CPM advertising, Advertisers can now think of purchasing email marketing, CPA or CPM ads through TLA.
TLA was particularly popular among bloggers due to its simplicity text link ads and high paying referral bonus. Congrats Patrick and the entire TLA team

Have you tried TLA, Thilak? Is it good and better performing than Adsense?

@Vyoma: Text-Link-Ads and AdSense can’t be compared because Adsense is CPC and Text Link Ads is flat rate based.
You can see TLA running on Blog’s Frontpage.

Hmmm. I think I will not be able to Try Text Link Ads for a while. My blog does not yet have a page rank of 3.
