There is no copyright infringement. It’s just bad Karma. Your posts are not copyrighted.
I would not consider those as splogs, because the articles chosen for his blog seem to be really choosed by the guy. He copy and paste articles that he finds interesting editing some bits of the thing and publishing as his own articles. It’s not splog because he really delivers relevant articles.
Hey thilak.. I never really thought of this. I’ll tell you what, I wanted some nice content for my blog and being a programmer myself copying and pasting became a habit.. Anyways I plan to give a public apology soon.. And I have also deleted the copied posts..
I gave up in my attempts to deal with that individual. The poor excuse that someone else was ripping content - not the original blog author - was pathetic at best.
