Zune Cloned !

If your eagerly waiting to see Microsoft’s Zune in action, maybe you won’t have to wait any longer.

No, No… Microsoft didn’t yet release Zune, but a Chinese manufacter who goes by the name Oriphe Industries Limited has created a media player called “MPF 2110″ which resembles with Microsofts’s Zune.

MPF 2110 surely resembles a lot with Zune

Hardware Specifications:

  • 1.5?/1.8? color display
  • Plays MP3, WMA, WAV audio
  • Plays AMW, MTV, MPEG, AVI video
  • JPEG photo support, Voice recorder, FM tuner w/ recording, Lyrics
  • Supposedly comes in 9 color combinations
  • eBook text files

Hardware Specifications also resemble Zune, but MPF 2110 is available in 128MB, 256MB, 512MB, 1GB and 2GB capacity, where as Zune is said to be capable of storing 30GB of Media/Data.

We currently don’t have any details regarding MPF 2110’s Pricing, but I’m sure that it would be damn cheap because its much much smaller (in terms of Storage Space) and its manufactured in China ;)

    How big is it??
Can we get it anywere else besides china??
    What about the batary?
Can we charge it or do we have to bring it in to a store.
  • I have heard researchers say that as much as 15% of China's GDP is generated from patented and copyrights material which was been 'cloned.' It makes sense for the player maker to make smaller versions though.
