Zune makes its first Appearance

Today Zune made its first official appearance at a invite only press conference by Microsoft. This announcement came just days after Apple Revamped its iPod Lineup. Although Microsoft has zipped its mouth; very little is know about this iPod killer, various source say that Zune features a 30GB hard drive, three-inch TFT LCD, an FM tuner, wireless 802.11 b/g, USB 2.0 support and would be manufacture by Toshiba. Zune is also said to be more social networking friendly with its ability to share music and other related content. Users can connect their devices to Zune and seamlessly stream audio and data.

Zune’s display looks much much bigger and appears to be more simplistic than its Apple Counterpart. Zune is expected to hit store this holidays. I just can’t wait to get my hands on this baby !!

  • looks kinda wiered :D.... lets wait ..
  • It should be interesting to see how the showdown will go. I am looking forward to it when it is finally released.
  • That actually looks horrible. Kind of like the original iPods, but with a bigger screen.

Doesn't compare with the new Nano :P
