Turn off your Microphone, Google is Listening

Just read a post on Download Squad about Google developing a spy software which catlogs background sounds while your chatting over voice using [Image]Microphone and server ads based on those sounds, which mean if your sitting in a chicken farm, it will serves ads on based Chicken. Isn’t this weird ? Google is trying to extract each piece of information about us. Do we still need those kinda ads ?

Now where is our privacy? Read more about this story here

  • Syn: Sorry dear, but this what happens if I start blogging with coffee. Anyway I have corrected the error.

Thanks for pointing it out. BTW Munna Bhai was too cool, its worth a watch
  • Ryan: It may be a opt-in, but who would opt in for ads ? it doesn't make any sense to me
  • Although I think this is pretty stupid, it would have to be an opt-in program because if you're in by default then Google will get into a lot of trouble with people not too happy knowing that Google is listening to them.
  • "ads based chicken" ??? t.bot dont you think there is a serious grammatical mistake ???? a preposition or a comma, perhaps?
