Digg through history using Google News Archives

Google News now allows you to search old newspapers and magazine upto 252 years. This service lets you historically search newspapers from 1754 to current date. Early reports from TechCrunch says that Google has signed up with some news partner to provide this new service.

Users can search for events, people and ideas and see what history speaks. Search Results would include both free and paid content. All Related articles within a given period of time are grouped together for easier browsing.

    If you use this in combination with a congoo netpass, you can actually get free access to many of these articles. Otherwise you can just see links on google.
