For a blogger keeping record of stats is very important. It tell you about your visitors behavior, where they come from?, what are they looking for?… and so many other stuff. So you can write better content which suits your audience taste.
As the name suggests Stattraq is a Wordpress plugin for stats. There are lots of stats plugin for wordpress, but what makes Stattraq unique is its detailed reports. It keeps a log of your referral URLs, Visitors IP, Page Views, Search Engine Saturation etc.

- No need to add seperate tracking code in your theme.

- Makes your database fatter (Consumes lot of MySQL data)
Installation:
- You will need to upload the Stattraq.php plugin file found in the wp-content/plugins directory of the zip compressed file to the corresponding wordpress directory on your server (%WORDPRESS PATH%/wp-contents/plugins/). You will need to copy the wp-stattraq directory, files and subdirectories to the server as such: %WORDPRESS PATH%/wp-stattraq/

%WORDPRESS PATH%/wp-stattraq/reporter/
%WORDPRESS PATH%/wp-stattraq/images/ - Load the %WORDPRESS PATH%/wp-stattraq/stattraq-install.php file in your browser and click the Create the Stattraq Table
- You will then need to activate the plugin from the Wordpress administration plugins page.

Well… this plugin looks pretty nice and gives soo much detail of your visitors, but is just too darn resource intensive. If you leave it running a couple days it will grab all of your memory, I just had to turn it off..
