AdSense Revenue Sharing Plugin for WordPress

One feature which surely rocks about WordPress is its ability to have multiple bloggers on one single blog. Having multiple bloggers / authors will ease the pressure on the Admin about update his / her blog.  I’ve seen lots of my friends who prefer collective blogging (Syn and Garry run multi authored blogs).

So sharing your AdSense revenue with your co-bloggers will give them extra interest upon your blog and they will try to update your blog with better content more frequently.

AdSense revenue sharing plugin is designed specifically for the purpose of sharing revenue between admin and bloggers. It also lets you view real time AdSense Earning for selected date range directly from your WP admin panel.

Cool – I wish I’d had something like this – I PHP coded user’s AdSense IDs into the templates by hand and used some obscure wordpress field as the ID for publishers to fill in. Ahh for plugins!

Ouch, Hand coding seriously hurts, especially for things like this one

Does the script share with people according to comments?

I also wonder if the script “protect” the contributor’s adsense ID from being clicked by themselves.

    So how does this work?

  • http://www.lippedmedia.com Elle

Here’s how I’d like to use it: I have Gallery2 and I want incentive for people to upload photos. I’m installing a plugin to merge WP and G2, now could subscriber members do this and could this plugin then work on gallery pages??? Hmmm. I don’t know how this plugin works yet.

There is a problem at the core though: image content + Adsense /= ads. I’m not even using Adsense on the gallery at the moment.

I’ve subscribed to the comments on this post, so I’ll be back!

Oh and then there’s the problem that users need a site to be approved by Adsense. LOL. I suppose bloggers put in the same site multiple times??

Ooh, but now I have another idea. This is a neat plugin!
