well ..some software blocks ad network from internet gateway of our pc.so they can save much more bandwidth then ever. u can also save bandwidth by reducing image quality. i dont know actually which software does. but reliance netbooster has that capability. you can save lot bandwidth from this …..

I would stick to Firefox because of my favorite Extension which Opera doesn’t support.

I would rather consider using Flock, because its Gecko based and support Extension (You can convert FF extensions to Flock too) and does what your screenshot suggests

better, use opera, sillies:d it loads the entire page from cache (i bet you knew that) and primarily more or less it does have all features of the above extensions. and hello??wherez my intergrated email & IRC client mr. mozilla??? PS: can FF gimmi this? 0:)

Good tips for saving bandwidth, I don’t know why bandwidth is so costly in india in comparision to US and UK. With so many sites providing rich media, it has become very difficult to to reduce bandwidth consumtion.
