Microsoft Zune – Prototype Photo

Sometimes back I spoke about Microsoft secretly developing a iPod killer called Zune. Today I found a photo of Zune’s Prototype. Although the photo is black and white (grayscale), we could figure out that the display is much larger than iPod.

Zune’s UI is a bit transparent (like Media Center) and there are come really cool features such as  FM Transmitter / Receiver

Currently 150 Zune prototypes exist and each one has a unique color scheme, So any employee who leaks info’s about Zune can be identified, most probably he would be fired and that’s the motive behind the grayscale photo.
