Windows XP can avail Free Windows Vista Upgrade Coupons

Genuine Windows XP users can avail Free Upgrade to Windows Vista if they are purchasing a new Vista Enabled PC after Vista hits market.

Redmond Gaint has announced that they have teamed up with PC vendors through out the world to offer free Vista Upgrade Coupons to encourage buyers to switch to Windows Vista. This coupon will start circulating once Vista hits the market in October.

Surely a good marketing strategy by Microsoft, but I wonder if they are willing to give this coupons to users who already own a Vista Capable Machine and run Genuine Windows ?
