How to Remove ‘Advertise on This Site’ link from AdSense Ads

You might have noticed ‘Advertise on this site’ link appear at the corner of every AdSense ad. Frankly speaking I don’t see any point in showing that link because even if a Advertiser signs up for Ads on your site, you won’t earn out of it because AdSense is a CPC based and you get paid only if there is a click through. And most of the visitors are generally not interested in this link. So this link can be safely removed by disabling the Onsite Advertiser opinion in your AdSense Account. By default it come enabled, So you have to disable it manually.

How to Remove it ?

  • Just log into your AdSense Panel, and navigate to your ‘My Account’
  • Scroll down and you will see something called ‘Onsite Advertiser Sign-Up’, just hit the [edit] link near it
  • And Check off the ‘Include me in Onsite Advertiser Sign-Up’ option and Save Changes
  • These changes take 24 – 40 hours to reflect, So have patience.

By removing this link, some visitors don’t feel it like ad because it gives more content like feeling and click through rate will natural increase.
