True, But who uses Opera ?. BTW It even works on Opera 9.01 under Windows Vista Beta 2 (even on Windows XP for that matter).

Looks like your using Opera 9.0, I would suggest you to upgrade because it has lots of flaws in it

the menu on hover appears behind the post area in opera

Both really good ideas. Switching between menus can be a pain with the regular WordPress admin theme, more so if you keep jumping between the Presentation, Manage, and Plugins menus like I do.
