Tiger Admin Theme is a wordpress plugin which gives a entire new look to Wordpress Admin Panel. WP-Tiger is influenced by Apple’s Mac OS X Tiger’s looks and it provides a good mac like feeling while browsing the Admin Panel of your Wordpress Blog.
Works with Wordpress 1.5.x as well as Wordpress 2.0.x powered blogs

Installation:
-
Download WP Tiger Admin Theme
-
Unzip and upload it to your /wp-content/plugins directory
-
Go to Plugins in your Admin Panel and active the plugin.
I suggest you to use Admin Drop Down Menu plugin along with WP Tiger because it saves lots of clicks by replacing admin menu and submenu with a 2 level horizontal CSS dropdown menu bar.

Both really good ideas. Switching between menus can be a pain with the regular Wordpress admin theme, more so if you keep jumping between the Presentation, Manage, and Plugins menus like I do.

True, But who uses Opera ?. BTW It even works on Opera 9.01 under Windows Vista Beta 2 (even on Windows XP for that matter).
Looks like your using Opera 9.0, I would suggest you to upgrade because it has lots of flaws in it
