To keep up with the market leader Skype who is offering free phone calls to US and Candian users, Gizmo Project has announced a new “All Calls Free” plan that makes calling landline and mobile phones in 60 countries free of charge. But the hidden catch is that both the users must be active Gizmo users.
This offer is likely to bring more users to Gizmo Project. Both the users should download and sign up with Gizmo before making calling and the user at the other end should have entered his telephone number in his profile. Currently Gizmo Project is available for Windows, Mac OS and Linux.

I have a Gizmo. I simply convinced all my friends and family members to sign up (or simply create an account with their phone number on it :D).

I’ve just installed this software, at first , it looked very fine for me and I’ve invited lots of my friends to use it but this programme still has some annoying bugs e.g. crashes always occurs when I receive a PC-to-PC call , I’ve updated my version but this annoying bug still occurs, and I’m not sure whether the problem from the programme itself or from the operating system (Windows XP SP2) ?
