How to Run Multiple Instances of Yahoo Messenger 8

Now all those Yahoo Messenger 8 fans who want to run multiple instances of their favorite instant messenger can do so by using this simple trick.

Install: Just download this patch and run “ym8multi.reg” from the ZIP file.

Uninstall: If you not happy with this patch then you can revert the changes by downloading the uninstaller and running “ym8multi_unist.reg” from the ZIP file

  • I would rather edit the registery myself.

    I heard these patches have keyloggers in itself and all.

    Secure Way:
    1. Go to Start ----> Run . Type regedit, then enter .

    2.Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER ----> Software --->Yahoo --->pager--->Test

    3.On the right page , right-click and choose new Dword value .

    4.Rename it as ---> Plural

    5.Double click and assign a decimal value of 1.

    Its done!!Now close registry and restart Yahoo messenger and try Multiple Login

  • We can use user alias feature from Yahoo. So we can login with multiple account. It doesn't need any plugin. Thilak have you tried this: http://www.supriyadisw.net/2006/04/gaim-messeng... I love GAIM too :D Sorry for my English :(
