Google Video adds YouTube like features

Due to increasing number of broadband subscribers world wide, there is a stiff competition between YouTube and Google Video. So Google wants whatever YouTube has got.  

Now Google Video users can add comments, rate a video and associate the clip with a particular word or phrase to help others find it later
