    There seems to be a bit of confusion b/w megashare and megaupload, since your links/details seems to indicate that it is megaupload while it is actually megashare. Or are both of them same?

    Yes, Actually I miss read it as MegaUpload and then after reciving the username and password I realized it was MegaShare.

    Hi.
    OK. I got this membership.
    I tried to DL I think about 4 or 5 different files.
    Allthough their FAQ’s state that you can DL unlimited, etc. it still wouldn’t let me DL more then 2 files at a time. And after 3 files, it stated I exeeded my limit, and had to wait for an hour. Even though I was signed in.
    I’m wondering if it’s just false advertising, of them trying to get people to join this new file sharing service?
    Just wanted to let you all know.

    Please Wait 60 Minutes.

    With a free account, you can only download a 50 MBs every 1 hour.

    If you want to download more, Get a PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP (So it’s telling me to purchase a premium membership)

    heyy guys, i was having the same issues w/ the wait time. then i emailed em and they told me whats goin on. turns our its NOT a scam.

    here what they emailed me back with:

    99% of the time, the problem is that your computer/firewall is not allowing “cookies” from megashare.com, megashare places only 1 cookie on your computer so it recognizes you in the future.

    Note that cookies MUST be allowed in order for you to be able to login.

    additionally,

    1. you can try to to refersh the page by holding the “shift” button on the keyboard and clicking on the refresh button with the mouse.

    2. there is a difference between MegaShare.com and http://www.MegaShare.com
