Google Spreadsheet a Web Based Spreadsheet solution based on Xl2Web Software was announced by the Search Engine Giant Today.

Google Spreadsheet might pose a serious threat to Microsoft Excel. The Google Spreadsheet will be available from 9 AM EDT at Google Labs.
