Adsense Support Now Powered by Trakken

Today I submitted a Question to Adsense Support, But I was really surprised to see that Adsense Support was power by Trakken.com !!

A few days ago they had changed their Submission Form, But the later switched back to the old one. Something Strange is going on at Adsense Knowledge Base
